Extra help for Bournemouth depot
Five volunteers from a local banking firm came for a day to help us sort out a container at the side of the depot. Sara worked with them to completely empty the space and then repack the items we wanted to keep into labelled boxes and also onto shelves. Summer BBQ for staff and volunteers
The sun shone for the annual summer bbq held at Dudsbury in August. Beach Hut for local children
A local children’s summer activity group requested we make a beach hut to help with the fun and learning planned for the summer, so Jimi, our talented carpenter, put together a fantastic hut from an old wardrobe and parts of a garden shed. Bournemouth Volunteer Group of the Year
The volunteers of the Bournemouth depot were thrilled to win this award as a recognition of their efforts throughout the year.
