Any agency, organisation, or authority can refer a client to us. You do not need to have previously registered with us to use our services. The only condition is that your client has a household income of less than £25,000 so as to be able to access all of our stock and our best prices.
How to refer your client
Please complete the referral in full, including the items required, any financial limits per item or overall, and making clear who will be responsible for payment.
You should refer your client to the branch that delivers to their area. Please click here to check the branch which would manage your referral, the days we are in your client’s area, and the contact number to call to discuss any questions you may have.
Submit a referral online
You’ll get an automatic copy of your submission by email.
Submit a referral by post or in person
Please post, fax, email, or hand your form into the relevant branch.
Our volunteers will show your client round the branch where they can look for the items they need and arrange delivery if needed. Stock changes daily, so if a particular item they require within their budget is not available on their first visit, please ask them to call again or call us to check what is in stock.
