Following government guidelines regarding a national lockdown, all our depots will be closed to customers from Tuesday 5th January.
We will be running an emergency service across the whole of our usual areas of Dorset and west Hampshire. This is available to those of you who need essential items of furniture or electrical appliances – perhaps if you have moved, have extra people living with you or have to replace a broken item. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to help you and we will aim to provide everything need to keep people safe in their own homes, from beds and sofas to kettles and fridges.
We are also still taking referrals from our local agency partners at this time.
If you need us, please call your local depot and we can arrange a time for you to visit, book a delivery or give you more information about how we can help as we continue to try to provide a service to the local community.
.If you have a collection booked with us, your local depot will be contacting you. We will continue to collect essential items , such as beds and kitchen appliances, but may have to delay some others. Please bear with us while we try to do our best in these difficult times.
