Lockdown Services Available – We Can Still Help You

Following government guidelines our depots will be closed to customers from Thursday 5th November, but Dorset Reclaim will continue to deliver essential items across the county during the second national lockdown and provide a service to the local community. 

Our staff and volunteers will be happy to help you and we will aim to provide everything need to keep people safe in their own homes, from beds and sofas to kettles and fridges. 

If you need us, please call your local depot and we can arrange a time for you to visit, book a delivery or give you more information about how we can help. We are also still taking refferals from our local agency partners at this time.

Behind the scenes, we will continue to test large kitchen appliances and make them available at our three depots in Bournemouth, Dorchester & Poole ready to install into your home. We also have a small supply of new appliances.

 If you have a collection booked with us, your local depot will be contacting you. We will continue to collect essential items , such as beds and kitchen appliances, but may have to delay some others as we will not have room to store your donations.
