After many years of very dark and dingy skylights, and the odd leak, a plan was hatched to replace the cracked panels and improve Dorchester for our staff and customers alike.
After a cautious start replacing panels over the mezzanine floor, ensuring everything worked as planned, more materials were ordered for the assault for the rest of the roof.
On Sunday 21st July, a crack Reclaim team made a ridiculously early start and managed to replace all 9 panels by the end of the day.
With the help of lots of tea & coffee and the essential bacon sandwiches, the job was completed at a fraction of the cost of the quote received from a local roofing company….not to mention the savings in electricity from not having to run the lights all year.
What a difference a day can make….
