The New Year saw Tom Wright join Dorset Reclaim to carry out the role of Operations Manager, with a responsibility for staff and volunteers, customer care and sales from the depots as well as taking forward online sales as a major project.
Tom has a wealth of experience which he brings from another national charity where he developed broad experience from running stores, looking after staff and volunteers to managing a national transport fleet.
