From the 1st April, Dorset Reclaim will be working with Dorset County Council in helping to deliver this new fund which will provide grants for Dorset residents in a crisis or a situation that poses an immediate threat to their health and safety.
Residents from across Dorset will be able to apply for assistance for items such as large kitchen appliances and beds which will then be supplied by us. We have to contact an applicant within 48 hours to arrange the provision of the items they need.
This is a similar scheme to the one run by Bournemouth Borough Council who we also help provide household items to local residents.
