Agency Referrals

Any agency, organisation, or local authority can refer a client to us. You do not need to have previously registered with us to use our services.
Please remember, you only need to refer your client if you (the agency) will be meeting the costs, not if you are simply signposting them to our services. As we are open to everyone, your client can simply come along to look around and purchase their own items if they are paying themselves.
If you are referring, please complete the referral form in full, including the items required, any financial limits per item or overall, and making clear who we are to invoice.

If your client is with you and you prefer to give them a completed form, we are happy for them to bring it with them when they visit us, but please ensure your contact details are clear.

We will contact you
When we receive the referral, we will contact your client and let them know we have the referral and answer any questions they may have.

Choose your items
When the person you refer comes into the branch, they can choose their items and arrange delivery if needed. Stock changes daily, so if a particular item is not available on their first visit, they can visit us as many times as they want.

Delivery & Invoice
After the items are delivered, we will then invoice your agency using the details entered on the form.
